Corrugated Composite Plate: It's a kind of composite aluminum sheet manufactured by using aluminum sheet as its front sheet and corrugated core as its core material, by selecting back sheet (or non-composite back sheet) in accordance with an application environment and the requirements of the plate, and by adopting composite aluminum plate production technology, with such features as a wide plate surface, good flatness, small falling deviation size and so on.
I. Stable, Firm and Durable Adhesive Property:
The material of the aluminum corrugated sheet is AL3003H16-H18, with its front panel thickness of 0.8- 1.0mm, rear panel thickness of 0.4- 0.5mm (the same as aluminum cellular sheet). Its core sheet is AL100H16-H18 as its material, with the thickness of 0.2mm (the cellular-sheet core sheet thickness is 0.06- 0.07mm),and with the water ripple shape. The bonding surface between the front panel and rear panel is arc-shaped, increasing its cohesive strength (higher than that of cellular sheet). We utilize heat-hardening resin binder having the remarkable cohesive force of metal sheet to manage our production on advanced fli 11-automatic production equipment and by using the most advanced ERP System for quality control, guaranteeing that the adhesive property is stable, firm and durable, with the same life-span as a building.
II. Energy Saving and Environmental Protection:
The core sheet of the aluminum corrugated sheet is of the water ripple shape, which forms an air passageway between the front panel and rear panel, that is, a hollow system, so that the sheet is among the best products for heat insulation. Under the action of solar radiation, the air in the passageway rises in temperature and flows upwards, taking the heat away and having the performance of insulating against heat. In a cold area, the sealing of the upper and lower ends of the corrugated passageway in sunlight in the daytime helps store heat energy and reduce the running off of indoor heating, having the performance of heat insulation. The remainder of the corrugated sheet in engineering can be recovered by 100%, being environmentally-fi iendly and pollution-free.
III. Sound Insulation and Noise Reduction:
The core sheet is of the corrugated arc shape, which helps produce curved-surface reflection to sound waves,dispel the acoustic coupling between the front panel and rear panel and improve the performance of insulating against sound by more than 35dB.
IV. Super-high Evenness:
As the thickness of its front panel is 0.5mm and the bearing capacity after its edge-folding is relatively small, the aluminum corrugated sheet is unsuitable to be used in large-block or great- height wall curtain engineering. For aluminum veneer, as its coefficient of linear expansion is 2.35x10-5, and its formation from expanding with heat and contracting with cold is relatively great, the surface of aluminum veneer will generally generate concave-convex deformation after being used for 1-2 years, impacting the artistry of the external elevation of a building. The evenness of the surface of cellular sheet is better but its price is relatively high, cellular sheet should not be adopted in engineering. The tensile strength,compressive strength and 180-degree peel strength of the aluminum corrugated sheet (See the test report) are higher than those of cellular sheet, so the corrugated sheet has super-high surface evenness,stable and durable and with the same service life as a building.
V. Having Lightweight and Economy
The aluminum corrugated sheet has the thickness of 6mm and the specific gravity of 4.3kg/m2. As its surface material is heavy but has a small load, its structural supporting keel can be reduced, having economy even more.
