ONEBOND aluminum perforated panel is made from high quality aluminum alloy (3003,5052series). The production processing has adopted first-rate Numerical Control device for panel beating, and multifunctional forming punch.


1. Constitution Structure of Aluminum Composite Panel:
1) Protective film with onebond  brand or as requested
2) Front side: Punching and Embossed Aluminum sheet coated with PE(indoor usage) or PVDF (outdoor usage)
3) Macromolecular lamination film
4) Core: Non-toxic polyethylene

6) Back side: Aluminum sheet coated with polyester or as requested

1) USA PPG and Sweden Berger fluorocarbon coating;
