1.About stone honeycomb panel

The stone aluminum honeycomb plate is commonly used 3-5mm stone material, 10-25mm aluminum honeycomb board, after the special adhesive adhesion the composite.For exterior curtain wall, it is recommended that the stone material thickness of stone aluminum honeycomb board is 4-5mm, and the thickness of the aluminum honeycomb plate is no less than 25mm.For the interior wall, the stone thickness of the recommended stone aluminum honeycomb board is 3-4mm, and the thickness of the aluminum honeycomb plate is 15mm.The thickness of the stone aluminum honeycomb board is 3-4mm, and the thickness of the aluminum honeycomb plate is 15-20mm.For the floor panel, the thickness of the stone aluminum honeycomb board is 5-8mm, and the thickness of the aluminum honeycomb plate is 10-15mm


2.Raw Material
Aluminum top panel:thickness 3-5mm
Aluminum bottom panel:thickness 0.5-1.0mm
Aluminum honeycomb:the core material adopts model 3003H18 hexagon aluminum foil being 0.04-0.07mm thick with side length of 5-6mm.
Adhesives:adopts bi-component polymeric epoxide membrane and bi-component modified epoxy resins.
