PVDF ACP
PVDF is a composite panel consisting of two pre-painted aluminium cover sheets that are fusion bonded to both sides of a polyethylene core. PVDF is well known for its outstanding profermance in outdoor application, the surfaces are coated by exclusively high-quality lacquer systems with PVDF coil coating which have an optimum resistance against strong solar radiation, weather and industrial pollution. These properties are achieved by using UV resistant bonding agents and PVDF top coats.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean with water or neutral cleaner, using a soft cloth. Do not use force. Do not use a knife or other sharp object.
 PVDF(Fluorine-carbon) coating
PVDF(fluorine-carbon) coating: made of fluorine carbon resin, pigment, ester solvent, after high temperature roasting and baking, the paint is solidified to dry film with super weather resistance. PVDF coating also can be classified as traditional PVDF,and nanometer PVDF coating.

Traditional PVDF Coating, with Kynar 500®  PVDF, two or three times for coating and baking, has good properties of anti-acid, anti-alkali and is durable in atrocious weather and environment, keeping 15 years no unwonted fading. In house coil applied, baked on 70% PVDF(Kynar 500®  ) Fluoropolymer resin based paint coating to protect aluminium. No other coating system with stands the rigors of nature and time. The high-performance fluoropolymer resin, with its extraordinary capability to retain color and gloss, keeps painted aluminum looking vibrant and appealing for exterior usage.
The Molecular structure of PVDF showing a unique isosymmetrial structure of C-H, C-F BOND which is two of the strongest bonds known, both of them, the bond Energy are over 100 (Kcal/mole), however the effect of sun, rain and pollutants can break down most coatings which are less than 90(Kcal/mole).
